Pokersi Terms & Conditions – Read and Understand in Full

Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Pokersi ("we", "the platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By registering an account, using any service, or accessing the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These terms apply to all Pokersi services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Virtual Sports, E-Sports, and all related promotional activities.

• By using Pokersi's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• You confirm that you are not legally prohibited from participating in online betting under the laws of your country.
• You are betting on your own behalf, not for any third party.

Account Registration & Verification

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering on Pokersi. Pokersi reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time, and the account balance may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• A national ID card and a selfie are required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Funds deposited on Pokersi may only be used for betting and gaming. Pokersi does not charge any processing fees on deposits, though your payment service provider's own charges may apply.

• The name on the payment method must match the name on the account. Payments made under a different name will not be accepted.
• If your deposit doesn't arrive within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
• Suspicious transactions may require verification as part of our anti-money laundering process.

Withdrawal Policy & Limits

KYC verification must be completed on your account before withdrawing funds from Pokersi. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours, though processing time may vary depending on your VIP tier.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the turnover requirement is met.
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be placed on hold until additional verification is completed.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on Pokersi are subject to specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those terms. In any bonus-related dispute, the terms stated on the bonus page are final.

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a turnover requirement of 20–30x.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the turnover requirement is completed.
• If multiple people from the same household or device claim a bonus, an investigation will be conducted.
• Important Note: When wagering with a bonus, certain markets or odds may be excluded from turnover calculations.
• Pokersi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Betting Rules & Settlement

All bets on Pokersi are settled based on the official final results published by the relevant sports authority. In the event of any dispute over a match or event outcome, the decision of Pokersi's review team is final.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed — however, you may use the cash-out option if it is available.
• If a match is cancelled or an event is abandoned, your stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is placed will be used for settlement.
• In an accumulator bet, if one or more events are cancelled, those selections will be counted at odds of 1.00.
• Pokersi reserves the right to void any bet where inconsistent odds were displayed due to a technical error.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

Pokersi is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Manipulating the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using stolen payment methods or a third party's credit card.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Pokersi strives to provide a reliable service at all times, but does not accept liability in the following situations:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Technical errors on the part of third parties (e.g. betting exchanges).
• Losses resulting from user negligence or failure to secure their account.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government orders.

Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time. Contact Pokersi support and the account will be closed within 48 hours. Any pending bets must be settled and your balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

Pokersi reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including: breach of terms, suspected fraud, legal obligations, or instructions from a regulatory authority.

Terms Changes & Dispute Resolution

Pokersi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given 7 days in advance via your registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For any dispute, please first attempt to resolve the matter with the Pokersi support team. The support team will respond to your dispute within 72 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated to Pokersi's licensing authority for settlement.

• The most recent version of these Terms shall be considered the version in effect.
• If any clause is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with international law, conducted in English.
